Time Loop work?

A. THE PRODUCT HAS REACHED THE END OF ITS LIFE CYCLE

At the end of the time loop defining their design, each object can be replaced with a new one or with one of equivalent value. As a sign of gratitude for your sustainable choice, we offer you a promotional code and take care of withdrawing your old product and also delivering the new one.

B. THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED

Customers who request a repair intervention can benefit from our ReMatter* service. We will send you a recyclable packaging box for returning the product. The only cost you will bear is for the product’s regeneration according to our company’s high quality standards.

What happens to Pulkra products that have reached the end of their life cycle?

We take care of the products by restoring their original shape and perfection, thanks to the ReMatter service, and then reintroduce them on the market. This is our what our company promises to do to reduce the carbon footprint, without altering the product’s design.

Pulkra products are certified according to EN140064 standards, with a sustainable ESG program aimed at full carbon emission offsetting.
