Pulkra, the design brand inspired by a passion for concrete, unveils a new color range during EDIT, accentuating its minimalist design, which until now has been offered exclusively in black and white.
The new palette expands the collection with 10 new shades inspired by minimalist art and earthy tones, carefully selected from a study of the color schemes of 1970s brutalist architecture.
Connecting art, architecture, nature, and people, the new colors are rich and textured, helping the product stand out as a focal point in any space. “We’re thrilled to unveil this new collection at EDIT Napoli,” says Stormo Studio, art director at PULKRA. “We believe these new colors will enhance the design while remaining true to the brand’s core identity.” During EDIT, a selection of new products will be exhibited in the new color palette. These include the Anthos plinth by Debonademeo and Posa, a new project by Luca Pevere. Posa is a collection of monolithic concrete elements designed exclusively for wall installations, drawing inspiration from ceramic tiling. It features three modular components that can be combined to enhance functionality: a base modular panel, a seating module, and a table/shelf.
The setup also includes some of the latest pieces presented at Milan Design Week, such as the poufs from the DOME collection, designed by Pio&Tito Toso, and Anthos by Luca De Bona and Dario De Meo, a concrete plinth with naturalistic influences.
